Technical Recruiters (No experience Necessary)

TECHees Recruiting is a Southern California based company located in Westlake Village, California that specializes in the placement of San Francisco bay area technology professionals ( think Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin , Apple). We have experienced enormous revenue growth and have an immediate need for Technical Recruiters to help leverage our extensive network of candidates for placement in the hundreds of open positions we have been contracted to fill.

-Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary

What you will be doing:

As an employee of TECHees you will be….

-High volume calling and emailing of prospective candidates through our extensive database

-Locating talent through the use of social media (Linkedin)

- Creating strong relationships with passive and actively looking candidates

-Technical sourcing of top caliber engineers

-Thoroughly evaluating candidates based on cultural and technical criteria

-Pre-Screening candidates for submittal to our portfolio of client companies
